In the 500 block of Spring Road, a 20-year-old man was arrested and charged with violation of probation after being found in possession of alcohol and gang- related paraphernalia. The man was cited and released.

A woman, 54, was arrested and charged with petty theft in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

Valuable china and figurines were reported stolen from a home on River Grove Street. The property was discovered sold to a secondhand shop.

March 31

A 46-year-old man was arrested at an undisclosed location in Moorpark and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana while driving.

On Collins Drive south of Campus Park Drive, a 26-yearold man was arrested for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

April 1

Police arrested a 23-year-old man on Gabbert Road at Elwin Road and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.

Gang graffiti causing about $400 worth of damage was reported in the 200 block of Moorpark Avenue.

April 2

In the 100 block of Majestic Court, a 48- year- old man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.

A person was attacked in his car on Moorpark Road at Tierra Rejada Road. The victim suffered a scratch to his right elbow. No arrests have been made.

A Moorpark resident’s identification information was fraudulently used to obtain employment in Los Angeles without the victim’s permission.

April 3

A man, 27, was arrested in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road and charged with falsely representing himself to avoid arrest and being under the influence of a controlled substance. The man was also arrested for one outstanding felony warrant and one outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

Personal property was reported stolen out of a vehicle in the 100 block of South Moorpark Avenue.

In the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road, a 30-year-old man was arrested and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Police arrested a person in the 8700 block of West Los Angeles Avenue and charged the suspect with disobeying a restraining order.

Personal property was reported stolen out of a vehicle in the 15700 block of Arroyo Drive.

Fraudulent use of an ATM/debit card was reported in the 800 block of East Los Angeles Avenue.

April 4

A 36- year- old man was arrested on Los Angeles Avenue at Millard Street for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

On Moorpark Road south of Tierra Rejada Road, police arrested a 38-year-old man and charged him with being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Several cases of Red Bull energy drinks, worth about $600, were reported stolen from a market in the 100 block of West Los Angeles Avenue.

A residential burglary was reported on Willow Forest Drive.

Police arrested a 21-year-old man in the 4700 block of Moorpark Avenue and charged him with violation of probation, after being found in possession of marijuana.

April 5

A man, 20, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license on Princeton Avenue at Spring Road.

In the 500 block of Poindexter Avenue, a 22-year-old man was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

About $500 worth of property was reported stolen and damaged from a business in the 300 block of East Los Angeles Avenue.

A bicycle worth about $185 was reported stolen from a railing at the Metrolink Station parking lot on High Street.
