Called to the Torah Megan Beth Singer was called to the Torah in June as a bat mitzvah at The Center for Early Jewish Education in Thousand Oaks. Megan is an eighth-grader at Chaparral Middle School and the daughter of Tami and Richard Singer of Moorpark. She's been a student at CEJE for five years. |
