The 38th annual Malibu Arts Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 25 and 26 at the Malibu Civic Center, 23555 Civic Center Way. The event, produced by the Malibu Chamber of Commerce, features 200 exhibits of awardwinning painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelers and other artisans who will display their piece in outdoor tents.
