Pat Helton

Pat Helton, a broker associate at the Coldwell Banker Westlake Village Regional office, was recognized as one of the top 10 Coldwell Banker agents at a Coldwell Banker Regional networking event on June 8 at Maggiano's restaurant in Woodland Hills. The networking meeting honored the top agents in the Conejo Valley and San Fernando Valley regions. Helton spoke about the statistics in the Conejo Valley, including information on listing inventory and sales in 2009.
