The fourth annual Harbor Lights Summer Sprint Event in Ventura, running through Aug. 6, is a sixweek series of family activities and athletic events that includes a 5K run or walk, aquathon and half-mile swim.

The event features healthy lifestyle expos, live entertainment, and food. This year's beneficiary is FOOD Share, a local Ventura County food bank.
