YMCA invites kids, teens to join summer programs
      The Conejo Valley YMCA, Triunfo YMCA and Simi Valley Family YMCA will offer teen summer camps through August 21. •The Conejo Valley YMCA serving Thousand Oaks and Moorpark and the Simi Valley Family YMCA are both hosting Teen Extreme day camps for sixth- through eighth-graders.

Hundreds turn out for free summer concert featuring childrens music last Friday at Arroyo Vista Park
     CHILD'S PLAY—Charlotte Diamond, top photo, performs A Family Concert in the Park for a large crowd last Friday at Moorpark's Arroyo Vista Park. Diamond, a singer, songwriter, storyteller and musician for children, performed the free concert with singalongs with lyrics in English and Spanish. The event was sponsored by the Moorpark/Simi Valley Neighborhood for Learning First 5.
