Get help paying a power bill
The Electricity Assistance Fund is available for a limited time at the Moorpark Active Adult Center.
Income guides apply, and the applicant must be a Southern California Edison residential customer. Only customers or authorized contracts listed on the account can request assistance.
Applicants are eligible for assistance once during a 12-month period.
Funds are limited and disbursed on a first come, first served basis.
Applicants with a zero balance or credit on their utility bill are not eligible. Deposits and reconnection fees are not covered by this program.
Maximum assistance is $100 for as long as funds last and $200 for all-electric homes.
