Regarding issue of increasing density: Don't do it
      I read with interest your article on the Moorpark City Council considering increasing housing density in certain areas of the city. While I understand that this is being prompted by some sort of state requirement, I would like to offer this suggestion: Don't do it.

      It appears that the city is promoting a proven failing plan. Is that because they have no intention of keeping the theater? A successful theater with a following is very hard to get rid of. Where is the theater in the city's long-term redevelopment plan? It isn't there.
