Between March 9 and April 13 thieves used a stolen access card to purchase goods without the owner's knowledge.

On March 17 someone entered a private garage on Bear Valley Road and stole an antique Asian rug.

Golf clubs were stolen on March 28 from outside the clubhouse in the 15000 block of Tierra Rejada Road. The thief was found later and booked.

On April 8 a shoplifting incident took place at the Rite Aid store in the 3900 block of Spring Road.

Someone transferred money from another person's account on April 9 into their own account and wrote two checks totaling $400. The victim lives on North Auburn Circle.

On April 10 burglars stole property valued at more than $400 from someone in the 400 block of West Los Angeles Avenue.

Four juveniles were caught trespassing on April 10 on Flory School property in the 200 block of Flory Avenue. They were found to be in possession of less than 28.5 grams of marijuana on school property.

Between April 10 and 12 thieves entered a property in the 15000 block of Tierra Rejada Road by cutting a locked chain. After forcing entry into a work truck, they stole a chain saw and four chains.

On April 11 a woman shoplifted numerous items from the Moorpark Kohl's store, putting them inside her purse. After leaving the store, she was apprehended in the 14000 block of Peach Hill Road.

On April 11 a shoplifter in the Moorpark Kohl's was caught cutting off price tags and security devices from clothing.

A woman involved in a traffic collision on April 12 in the 600 block of Spring Road fled the scene without contacting the owner of the other vehicle or the police. A few minutes later she reported her own car stolen.

Someone entered Moorpark High School on April 12 and broke a gate that stored a golf cart and other gardening equipment.

On April 12 a known thief came into a home on Clinton Street through the bedroom window and stole a video camera and cash.

On April 13 during a probation search a suspect was found to be under the influence of illegal drugs and was booked into jail. The event took place on Charles Street.

Sometime between April 13 and 14 thieves entered an unlocked side yard on North Duke Street and stole personal property valued at more than $400.

On April 14 a person stole merchandise from the Kohl's store in Moorpark and then went to a nearby Kohl's store from which the thief's mother stole merchandise.

On April 15 at the Kindercare facility on Spring Road, a thief entered the office area, unlocked a storage closet with a key and stole a purse, two credit cards, a wallet, checkbooks, a digital camera, a driver's license, an ID card and cash. The crime was committed using an access card belonging to Kindercare.

A burglary took place on Millard Street on April 15.

A man in an intoxicated state was arrested on April 15 on Moorpark Avenue for creating a domestic disturbance. It was later discovered he'd been contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

An alleged battery took place on April 16 on Honeybrook Court when a woman's home was entered by unknown assailants who beat her and forced her into a room against her will.

On April 16 a man walking in the 15000 block of Arroyo Drive was arrested for being drunk in public.

A shoplifter entered the Kohl's store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue on April 16 and began stuffing merchandise into his pants and socks. He then exited the store.

Incidents of auto vandalism or burglary took place on April 10 in the 200 block of West Los Angeles Avenue and on April 12 on Roberts Avenue.

Incidents of graffiti/vandalism took place on April 9 at Phoenix School in the 200 block of Flory Avenue and April 10 at the corner of Tierra Rejada Road and Harvester.

An incident of a person driving without a license, with a suspended license or with false tags on a car took place on April 13 on Los Angeles Avenue around Lamppost Pizza.

The following incident took place outside the incorporated city of Moorpark: From Jan. 8 to April 13 someone would honk their car horn in front of a victim's home on Grimes Canyon Road.
