Someone used another person's credit card to make a donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The incident took place on Dec. 13 on Westport Street.

On Jan. 18 a cellphone was stolen from a home on Wicks Road.

During a probation search on Millard Street on Jan. 19, glass smoking pipes containing a burnt controlled substance were found. The person on probation later turned himself in at the police station.

A thief broke into a home on Hastings Street on Jan. 20 by going through a doggy door.

On Jan. 20 a home on Blairwood Drive was broken into by thieves.

A person was arrested in the 500 block of Los Angeles Avenue on Jan. 20 for selling goods without a Moorpark city business license.

A student in possession of marijuana was arrested on Jan. 20 on Tierra Rejada and Peach Hill road.

On Jan. 21 a driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant after he was pulled over on Princeton Avenue for having illegally tinted windows.

Terms of a restraining order were broken on Jan. 21 when someone contacted an individual on Varsity Street.

Property was stolen from someone on Spring Road on Jan. 22.

On Jan. 22 an underage person bought beer, took it to Peach Hill Park and drank it. Deputies placed the minor under arrest.

Someone stole items from the Kohl's store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue on Jan. 23.

On Jan. 23 a person was arrested for attempting to steal items valued at $234 from the Kohl's store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

A person found intoxicated in public on Jan. 23 at a laundromat in the 400 block of Moorpark Avenue was found to have three outstanding warrants and was placed under arrest.

On Jan. 24 someone stole items from a business in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

A person allegedly involved in a hit-and-run collision on Jan. 24 on Nogales Avenue in Moorpark was later found and arrested in Ventura. The suspect was also found to be under the influence of prescription drugs without having the prescription.

A bicycle was stolen on Jan. 24 from someone on Moorpark Avenue.

On Jan. 25 deputies confiscated 2.2 grams of marijuana during the search of a vehicle at the Woodcreek Apartments on Spring Road. A bong was also discovered in the trunk of the car.

On Jan. 26 a person battered a woman and prevented her from calling 911 by pulling the telephone cord out of the outlet. The incident took place on Summerglen Court.

A person stole property from a business in the 800 block of New Los Angeles Avenue on Jan. 26.

On Jan. 28 someone entered a department store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue with intent to commit theft.

On Feb. 1 someone used another person's identity to open a credit card account. The victim lives on Clemson Street.

Incidents of auto vandalism or burglary took place on Dec. 18 in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road, on Jan. 16 on Tierra Rejada Road and on Jan. 20 on Bard Street.

Incidents of graffiti/vandalism took place at the dates and places indicated: Jan. 18 on High Street; Jan. 20 on Maureen Lane, Jan. 21 in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road, Jan. 26 in the 14300 block of White Sage Road, Jan. 27 at Poindexter Park, Jan. 27 in the 200 block of Poindexter Avenue, Jan.30 on Los Angeles Avenue.

Incidents of a person driving without a license or with a suspended license took place on Jan. 10 in the 600 block of Spring Road and on Jan. 24 on Los Angeles Avenue. A DUI incident took place on Jan. 25 on Moorpark Avenue
