Someone entered a property in the 100 block of Poindexter on Jan. 13 and stole items from a storage container.
On Jan. 14 knife-wielding thieves demanded money from an ice cream vendor on Bard Street. The victim fled on foot without surrendering the money, but the perpetrators stole the man's ice cream cart and left the area.
A man on Walnut Canyon Road was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself on Jan.14. He was placed under arrest for public intoxication.
A shoplifter concealed store merchandise on his person on Jan. 14 and left a department store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue.
On Jan. 14 a man was stopped for vending without a city permit. The arrest was made on North Berkeley.
A man was arrested behind the Do-it Center in the 500 block of Los Angeles Avenue on Jan. 15 for public intoxication.
Someone stole a wallet on Jan. 16 on West Los Angeles Avenue. The victim's personal information and credit cards were used to purchase items at several different locations.
On Jan. 16 thieves broke into a car parked in the 5900 block of Condor Drive and stole property.
A man was found to be under the influence of illegal drugs during a probation search on Jan. 18 on Walnut Canyon.
On Jan. 18 a party on Varsity Street spilled out into the street in the form of a drunken brawl. One individual continued to chide other party guests to fight with him, even in the presence of deputies. That man, already on probation, was arrested.
During a probation search on Millard Street on Jan. 19, deputies found three glass smoking pipes containing illegal drugs in the closet of the home.
Incidents of graffiti/vandalism took place Dec. 19 on Crystal Ranch Road, Jan. 1 in the 200 block of Los Angeles Avenue, and Jan. 12 on East Princeton Avenue.
Incidents of auto vandalism or burglary took place on Jan. 9 in the 400 block of Science Drive, on Jan. 13 on North Amherst Street, on Jan. 15 in the 66 block of Julliard, and on Jan. 18 in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue.
Incidents of a person driving without a license or a suspended license took place on Jan. 18 on Millard Street and on Jan. 19 on Cornett Avenue.
On Jan. 17, a DUI took place on Cedar Springs Street.
Outside incorporated Moorpark, a young man was stopped on the 118 Freeway near Grimes Canyon on Jan. 16 for smoking marijuana while driving his car. He also had a small amount of marijuana in his backpack.
