Public can watch decathletes practice

The Moorpark High School Academic Decathlete Team invites the public to attend the dress rehearsal of their speeches and interviews as they prepare for the National Academic Decathlon competition.

The dress rehearsal will start promptly at 9:45 a.m. Sat., April 19 in Room H4, Moorpark High School, 4500 Tierra Rejada Road. Visitors may park in the back parking lot off Mountain Trail.

The team needs 12 to 16 community volunteers to judge the speeches and interviews on that day and provide feedback. The rehearsal will end about noon and students will receive feedback from noon to 1 p.m.
