Employees of a gym in the 500 block of Los Angeles Avenue are reported to have illegally opened personal accounts for their own use, constituting a misappropriation of funds. The violations were discovered in late February but not reported to authorities until March 5.

On March 15 a person suspected of stealing merchandise from Kohl's stores throughout California allegedly attempted to remove merchandise from the store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

A man was cited and released for speeding on March 21 at the intersection of Charles Street and Spring Road.

An underage drinker was cited on March 21 while consuming alcohol at a business in the 400 block of Los Angeles Avenue. Two men who allegedly furnished the drink to the juvenile were arrested.

A young man was arrested and charged with using the flood control channel in College Heights as a walkway on March 21. Clearly posted signs warn that such use is illegal.

On March 22 a man was arrested in the 400 block of Los Angeles Avenue and charged with breaking the terms of probation by associating with other known documented gang members.

During a probation search of a suspect's residence in the 100 block of Los Angeles Avenue on March 25, the subject was found to be under the influence of illegal drugs.

A disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Casey Road on March 25. Deputies found a man violating the terms of his probation by associating with a juvenile female. The man was arrested, and the young woman was booked for a violation of probation and a misdemeanor warrant.

On March 29, during a traffic stop in an undisclosed area of Moorpark, a deputy smelled marijuana inside the car. During a search, several prescription drugs were also found. The driver, whose license had been suspended, was cited and released.

On March 29 a bicycle was stolen from the front yard of a home in the 15700 block of Sophomore Street.

A home in the 11500 block of Treeview Court was burglarized on March 29.

Incidents of a person driving without a license or a suspended license took place at the dates and places indicated: March 27 in an undisclosed area of Moorpark, April 1 around Flynn Avenue and Spring Road, April 1 at Los Angeles Avenue and Millard Street.

Incidents of graffiti/vandalism took place at the dates and places indicated: March 27 in the Varsity Park area, March 27 in three different undisclosed areas of Moorpark, March 28 in the 12700 block of Tierra Rejada Road, March 28 at the intersection of Spring Creek Court and Walnut Creek Road.

An incident of car burglary/vandalism took place on March 22 in the 14900 block of Stanford Street.
