Police honor outstanding deputy
      Dep. Frances Saleh has been chosen as the Moorpark Rotary Club's 2007 Officer of the Year for the Moorpark Police Department. Saleh began her career with the Ventura County Sheriff 's Department in 1999 and has been a deputy sheriff for nine years.
