CHP Officer of the Year

LOCAL HERO- Officer Rudolph Alcantar receives the Moorpark California Highway Patrol division of the Officer of the Year award from his commanding officer, Capt. Cliff Williams. Alcantar will soon ship out to the Middle East to participate in military operations in the Near East.
