Hospital to benefit from residents' windfall

Photo courtesy Jenny Jones Foundation GENEROUS GIFT- The Blitstein family was surprised Friday morning when former talk show host Jenny Jones knocked on their door to announce they were selected as one of "Jenny's Heroes," Jones' campaign of donating $1 million throughout the year to 40 local heroes who submit their ideas of how $25,000 can be used to help their community. The Blitsteins applied for funds to benefit Childrens Hospital where their daughter Hannah received lifesaving treatment as an infant.
