Stars align for first-year soccer club

FIRST TIME IS A CHARM- The first-year Bronze Alpha U-11 CVU girls' soccer team didn't allow a goal during pool play at the Copa Real Tournament. Bronze Alpha tied for first place in their bracket, then beat Select City Avalanche 4-1 in "kicks from the mark" to advance to the championship game, where they defeated the Moorpark Express Soccer Club 1-0.
