A pizza was purchased last Nov. 15 from the Domino's in the 400 block of High Street with a check and the forged signature of a deceased person. The crime wasn't reported to authorities until Jan. 22.

An employee took property belonging to her employer in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue and gave it to a family member on Dec. 22. The incident was reported to authorities on Jan. 19.

Between Jan. 4 and 6, someone forced open a side door to a residential garage and stole property. The home is in the 12000 block of Palmer Drive.

Sometime between Jan. 8 and 15, someone cut a barbed wire fence and entered the Mountain Meadow Reservoir near Silvercrest Street around Havencrest Street. Barbed wire was then cut and removed from a ladder access to the water tank and a master lock was cut off the water tank.

On Jan. 18 thieves removed property from a home in the 500 block of Spring Road.

The front door of a business in the 6100 block of Condor Drive was broken down on Jan. 20 and property was stolen.

On Jan. 20 documented gang members committed felony assault with a deadly weapon, street terrorism and false imprisonment by violence in the 400 block of West Los Angeles Avenue.

A known suspect entered the Ralphs supermarket in the 100 block of West Los Angeles Avenue on Jan. 25, placed a bottle of tequila in his pants and left the store without paying.

During a police investigation on Spring Road south of High Street on Jan. 25, a driver refused to move her car, causing a serious officer safety issue. The driver was cited and released from the Moorpark Police Station.

Someone was arrested on Jan. 25 in the 100 block of Los Angeles Avenue for an alleged petty theft.

On Jan. 26, during a consensual search during a traffic stop at Los Angeles Avenue around Park Lane, a driver was cited for having a marijuana cigarette in the glove compartment of the vehicle, driving with no registration, and not wearing a seat belt.

Incidents of graffiti/vandalism took place on the dates and places indicated: Jan. 18 in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road, Jan. 21 in the 15700 block of Arroyo Drive, Jan. 25 in the 300 block of Bard Street, Jan. 25 in the 400 block of West Los Angeles Avenue, Jan. 27 in the 6700 block of Chapman Place and along Reedley Street.

Vehicle break-ins/burglaries were reported on the dates and places indicated: Jan. 19 in the 13400 block of Christian Barrett Drive, Jan. 19 in the 500 block of Los Angeles Avenue, Jan. 23 in the 14000 block of Stanford Street, Jan. 25 in the 12600 block of Misty Grove Street.

Incidents of a person driving without a license or a suspended license took place at the dates and places indicated: Jan. 22 on the 118 at Buttercreek Road, Jan. 23 at the intersection of the 118 Freeway and Millard Avenue, Jan. 25 in an unspecified area of Moorpark, Jan. 25 in the vicinity of Los Angeles Avenue around Collins Avenue.
