Trashin' tech in the recycling bin

WENDY PIERRO/Acorn Newspapers DON'T TOUCH THAT DIAL- Camarillo resident Jared Logan of Clean Harbors Environmental Servies lifts a used television out of the back of a truck at the Universal Waste Event in Moorpark on Saturday. An estimated 250 cars drove through to drop off florescent light bulbs, batteries, computers, television and other types of electronics for recycling. The event was the second sposored by the city of Moorpark and another drop-off day is planned for May.
