Identity theft was used from July 1, 2002 through Jan. 11, 2008 to open and maintain a broadband Internet account. The victim lives in the 12000 block of Rainier Street.

Between Dec. 27 and Jan. 8, unknown suspects harassed a person over the phone and on messages left at her home in the 6800 block of Pecan Avenue.

Sometime between Jan. 5 and 7, someone attempted to pry open doors to gain entry to an office trailer in the 800 block of Patriot Drive.

On Jan. 6 two men in the 300 block of Esther Avenue had their car tires punctured.

On Jan. 7 in a drive-by act of vandalism someone threw a chunk of concrete through the passenger side window of a car parked in the 600 block of Condor Drive.

Sometime between Jan. 7 and 9 a window of a home in the 15000 block of Campus Park Road was broken.

On Jan. 8 the front window of a home in the 1900 block of Brittany Park was shattered when someone threw a metal ball bearing through it.

A shoplifting incident took place at Kohl's department store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue on Jan. 8.

On Jan. 8 someone threw an iron manifold at the passenger side door of a car parked in the 800 block of Hedyland Court, causing damage in excess of $400.

Someone stole items from the 7-Eleven store in the 500 block of Los Angeles Avenue on Jan. 8.

A young man was taken into custody on Jan. 8 for shoplifting items from a store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

On Jan. 8, a man living in the 2100 block of Cordero Avenue was taken into custody for a burglary in the 500 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

On Jan. 9 an officer approached a person showing signs of drug use in an undisclosed area of Moorpark. The person was arrested for being under the influence of illegal drugs.

A known suspect was seen removing railroad property on Jan. 11 in the 500 block of Moorpark Avenue. He was arrested for trespassing.

Incidents of auto burglaries/ break-ins took place at the dates and places indicated: Jan. 12 in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road, window broken and wallet stolen; Jan. 10 in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road, forced entry and theft; Jan. 10 in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road, forced entry and property stolen; Jan. 10 in the 600 block of Moorpark Avenue, property stolen.

Incidents of graffiti/vandalism took place at the dates and places indicated: between Jan. 7 and 8, in the 300 block of Los Angeles Avenue, property spray painted; on Jan. 8 at Moorpark High School, door vandalized which caused $300 in damage; on Jan. 7, in the 6800 block of North Tulane Avenue, cinderblock wall vandalized with paint.

Incidents of a person driving without a license or a suspended license took place at the dates and places indicated: Jan. 13 at Moorpark and Los Angeles avenues, Jan. 12 at an undisclosed location, Jan. 11 at Los Angeles Avenue at Leta Yancy Road, Jan. 11 at an undisclosed location, Jan. 11 at High Street west of Spring Road, Jan. 11 at 118 at Millard Street, Jan. 11 at an undisclosed location, Jan. 11 at Los Angeles Avenue and Miller Parkway, Jan. 10 at Spring Road and Flynn Avenue, Jan. 10 at High Street and Spring Road, Jan. 10 at Los Angeles Avenue and Leta Yancy Road.
