8 ounces spaghetti 3 cups cooked turkey, cubed 3 tbls. butter or margarine 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 cups chicken broth 2 tsps. salt, optional 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 cup parmesan cheese Butter a 13by9inch casserole dish. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Mix the turkey, margarine or butter, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, lemon juice and seasonings all together. Combine with the cooked spaghetti.
Transfer to the prepared casserole dish. Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees uncovered for about 1-1/2 hours till brown and bubbly.
