Some time between Oct. 28 and Nov. 4 on Leta Yancy Road, vandals forced open a locked door to a vacant garage and broke a glass window in an adjacent building.

On Nov. 4 a theft occurred in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road.

On Nov. 4 a man discovered to be under the influence of a controlled substance was taken into custody on Moorpark Avenue.

A known suspect stole property from a victim on Nov. 4 on East Los Angeles Avenue.

During a search on Nov. 4 of a vehicle owned by a suspect known to have outstanding warrants, deputies discovered paraphernalia and methamphetamine in the car. The incident took place in a parking lot in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue. A second party in the same car was found to be in possession of illegal drugs, paraphernalia, payowe sheets and an electronic scale.

During a traffic stop made on Nov. 4 on the 118 Freeway, a suspect became violent and refused to comply with a deputy's commands. To gain control of the suspect, deputies shot him with a bean-bag shot gun and use a Tazer before he could be placed in handcuffs. The subject was cited and released to mental health for further evaluation.

On Nov. 8 someone placed $362 worth of items into her purse while shopping in a store in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue and attempted to leave the store without paying for any of the items. The store pressed charges.

On Nov. 8 a man was found on High Street to be so intoxicated that he could not care for himself, so he was placed under arrest.

During a probation search made in a suspect's car on Nov. 8 on East Los Angeles Avenue, several controlled substances and paraphernalia were found. Besides being arrested for being under the influence of illegal drugs, the suspect was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and opiates.

Thieves entered a business on Nov. 9 in the 500 block of Los Angeles Avenue and broke into a file cabinet, stealing property.

Incidents of auto vandalism or burglary took place at the dates and places indicated: Nov. 2 on South Moorpark Avenue, Nov. 2 on Campus Park Drive, Nov. 6 on Overly Street, Nov. 6 on Campus Park Drive.

An incident of graffiti/vandalism took place on Nov. 8 on Poindexter Avenue.

Incidents of a person driving without a license or a suspended license took place at the dates and places indicated: Nov. 3 in an undisclosed area of Moorpark, Nov. 4 on Spring Road, Nov. 5 on Princeton Avenue, Nov. 5 on Hwy. 118 around Spring Road, Nov. 6 on Courtney Lane, Nov. 6 on Maureen Lane, Nov. 9 on Avenida Gloria.

Incidents of DUI took place at the dates and places indicated: Nov. 3 on the 118 Freeway between Los Angeles Avenue and Tierra Rejada Road, Nov. 6 on Los Angeles Avenue at Moorpark Avenue.

The following incident took place outside the incorporated city of Moorpark: When a licensed process server attempted to do her job on Nov. 9 on Broadway Road, a known suspect battered the person and threatened to shoot her with a shotgun.

Incidents of auto vandalism or burglary took place at the dates and places indicated: Oct. 29 on Ternez Drive, Nov. 5 on Happy Camp Road, Nov. 8 on Sunset Valley Road.
