      A fundraiser to create a residential care home will be held at 7 p.m. Fri., Nov. 14 at North Ranch Center, 1400 N. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village. Out Community House of Hope will be a residential care home for terminally ill patients in the last three months of life.
