      Moorpark High School will host a retirement ceremony honoring 42 years of teaching by Steve Robertson from 5 to 6 p.m. Tues., Oct. 14 in the school's Performing Arts Center, 4500 Tierra Rejada Road. The public is invited.

      The Moorpark Rotary Club recently donated $3,000 worth of college textbooks to the Moorpark Business Academy. Sophomore business academy students are taking a Moorpark College online course, Introduction to Business, and seniors take an online course, Small Business Management.
