On July 24 mail was stolen from a box on Darlene Lane.

A theft from the driveway of a home on Gabbart Street occurred on July 24.

A theft took place on July 28 on Marquette Street.

On Aug. 22 a person fled from a traffic accident that took place at the intersection of Harvard and Stanford streets. The driver was located at his home, where he was cited and released with a written promise to appear in court.

During a noise disturbance call on Sept. 1 on South Moorpark Avenue, a subject was found in possession of 2.7 grams of marijuana. The person was cited and released.

A bicycle was stolen from someone on High Street on Sept. 3.

Someone was beaten up on Sept. 3 on Flory avenue, and the assailants stole an unknown amount of money from the victim.

A suspect was arrested for heroin use on Sept. 3 in the 600 block of Spring Street. A second person at the scene was also found under the influence of illegal drugs. A search revealed Zanaflex and a switchblade knife in a backpack.

In an undisclosed area of Moorpark on Sept. 4, during a vehicle stop made due to an expired registration, the driver was found in possession of marijuana. He was cited and released.

On Sept. 5 a man was found in possession of a slot machine, and also conspiring with business owners to commit a crime. The incident took place in the 700 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

During a traffic stop on Sept. 6, the driver of a truck within the city limits was found to have two unloaded handguns in the front seat of his vehicle. Two loaded magazines were found in one of the carrying cases for the weapons. Neither gun was registered to the driver, who was arrested.

Incidents of auto vandalism or burglary took place July 24 on Westport Street and Sept. 5 in the 300 block of High Street.

Known suspects battered a victim with their fists on Sept. 7 on Harry Street.

Incidents of graffiti/vandalism took place on Sept. 2 on Moorpark Avenue, Sept. 2 at the intersection of Tierra Rejada Road and Harvester Street, and Sept. 5 on Roberts Avenue.

Incidents of a person driving without a license or a suspended license took place at the dates and places indicated: Sept. 1 on Los Angeles Avenue at Millard Street, Sept. 2 in an unnamed area of Moorpark, Sept. 3 on Campus Park at Penn Street, Sept. 4 on Millard Street Avenue, Sept. 4 in an unspecified area of Moorpark, Sept. 6 at Moorpark and Los Angeles avenues, Sept. 6 at Sherman Avenue and Millard Street, Sept. 8 on West Los Angeles Avenue, and Sept. 8 in an undisclosed area within the city of Moorpark.

Incidents of DUI took place at the dates and places indicated: Aug. 31 on Second Street east of Moorpark Avenue, Sept. 7 at the intersection of Ruth Avenue and Harry Street, and Sept. 7 on Diablo Street.
