Healing day for Hadassah
Event for women includes speakers
Simi Valley/Moorpark's Hadassah group, L'Dor Vador, will host a free holistic healing day from 2 to 4 p.m. Sun., Sept. 14 at the Ziegler Center, Mount Sinai Park, 6150 Mount Sinai Drive, Simi Valley. Melissa Collins, owner of Cardio Barre in Simi Valley will discuss cardio barre and the effects of nutrition and cosmetics. Mary Ann Lowe, a foot zone therapist, will demonstrate reflexology.
