HOOTERIFFIC—Late in July, the inaugural "Hockey for Hooters" fundraiser tournament took place at Moorpark College Hockey Fields. The players raised $1,500 toward the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. The half-day tournament attracted 50 field hockey players from the area. Players ranged in age from 8 to a 73-year-old.
