Docent-led architectural tours of the recently-opened John Spoor Broome Library at Cal State Channel Islands are available at 10 and 11 a.m. Mondays and noon and 1 p.m. Fridays.

The tours begin in the main lobby and traverse the 137,000square-foot facility, focusing on the architectural attributes of the building. The library was designed by Sir Norman Foster of Foster & Partners in the United Kingdom.

The tours are complimentary. Private tours for groups are available and require advance reservations.
