The following took place within incorporated areas of Moorpark:
A post office box in Moorpark was used in an attempted identity theft sometime between Oct. 1, 2001 and May 6, 2008.
Thieves stole a credit card between June 9 and 20 in the 4700 block of Elderberry Avenue. The card was used to obtain goods and services.
On June 12 someone cut down trees in the 1180 block of Championship Drive without the owner's permission.
A known suspect lit a match and purposely threw it into dry brush and caused a small fire on June 12 in an unspecified area of Moorpark.
Thieves entered a job site in the 4700 block of Spring Road sometime between June 13 and 16 and stole property from two equipment companies.
On June 14, someone placed a destructive device in the rear yard of a home in the 6800 block of Simmons Way.
On June 15 burglars vandalized a business in the 5000 block of Maureen Lane. Suspects broke an exterior office window, entered the business and stole several electronic equipment items. An interior window was also broken.
Two windows were broken at a building under construction in the 4200 block of Tierra Rejada Road on June 16. Damages exceeded $1,000.
On June 19 vandals cut tree branches, smeared dog waste and broke eggs on a car, toilet-papered a tree and poured unknown food on the front door of a home in the 13000 block of Sunnyslope Place.
On June 19 a man was arrested for shooting another person in the eye with an air rifle in the 15400 block of Dracena Avenue.
A known suspect broke into a locked car on June 20 in the 3900 block of Timberridge Road, stole a credit card and used it to purchase items at a local mall.
Someone flattened a car tire on June 20 in the 12000 block of Hillside Drive.
A destructive device was found on June 20 in the 4000 block of Country Hill Road.
A person was cited and released on June 20 for blasting loud music while driving in an unspecified part of Moorpark.
On June 23 two young men loitering in a park in the 4300 block of Mountain Meadow Drive were found to be in possession of marijuana. They were cited and released.
Incidents of auto vandalism or burglary took place on June 15 in the 600 block of Charles Street and on June 18 in the 6400 block of South Penn Street.
Incidents of graffiti/vandalism took place on June 16 in the 100 block of Los Angeles Avenue, June 17 in the 100 block of Wicks Road, June 21 at the west curb in the 3900 block of Hatfield Court.
Incidents of a person driving without a license or a suspended license took place June 17 at Los Angeles and Moorpark avenues, June 19 at Los Angeles Avenue at Park Lane, June 19 at the intersection of Marquette Street and Campus Park Drive, June 21 eastbound on High Street.
The following took place in unincorporated areas of Moorpark:
Sometime between June 6 and 19, a water pump was stolen in the 10400 block of Santa Rosa Road. Estimated value of the pump was $4,000.
Two burglars entered two locked trailers on June 20 in the 9000 block of Roseland Road and stole property.
A man was arrested on June 21 in an unspecified area of town for throwing something at another person's car, causing damage.
Incidents of a person driving without a license or a suspended license took place on June 20 at Santa Rosa Road and Duval Road and at Hitch Boulevard and Dalaway Drive.
