Reagan Library to serve Sunset Dinners

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum has announced the schedule for its summer Sunset Dinners to be held at the library, 40 Presidential Drive, Simi Valley.

Reservations must be made at least one week in advance. Special prices for children under 10 are available.

Sun., June 26- Summer Beach Party. Entertainment by Ronnie and the Classics. Menu includes marinated skirt steak, grilled chicken breast, broiled salmon filet, white cheddar jalapeno macaroni and cheese, grilled vegetables, honeydew and pineapple salad, romaine salad, Nutella and praline pastries, apple and blueberry crumble, raspberryfilled cookies. $49.95.

Thurs., July 10- Tropical

Paradise Luau. Entertainment by Manea Polynesian Dancers and Drummers. Menu includes Kalua pork, Huli-Huli chicken, sweet potato palau, vegetable stir fry, pineapple and macadamia nut fried rice, soba noodle and greens salad, tropical fruit, pineapple créme brulee, chocolate-dipped bananas, guava cheesecake, coconut cake. $54.95.

Thurs., July 24- Return to the Wild West. Entertainment by Riders of the Purple Sage. Menu includes barbecue beef brisket, barbecue chicken, hot dogs, Texas-style chili beans, garlic bread, cheese and chive mashed potatoes, corn bread, ice cream brownie sundae. $39.95.

Thurs., Aug. 7- Motown and 60s Soul. Entertainment by Floyd and the Flyboys. Menu includes prime rib, sautéed chicken, potatoes Anna, grilled vegetables, bow tie pasta with grilled vegetables, fruit salad, Caesar salad, chocolate-dipped fruit, citrus cheesecake, dark chocolate sour cherry pastries. $54.95.
