Moorpark's Dyce wraps up solid season at state meet
Last Saturday at the CIF State Track and Field Championships at Cerritos College, Moorpark High junior Max Dyce ended a stellar season by finishing fifth in the boys' 100meter dash.
Dyce's time of 10.78 was just 0.02 seconds behind the third-place finisher. The MHS star previously qualified for the Masters meet in the 100- and 200-meter dash races, as well as the long jump.
Dyce's time of 10.53 seconds in the 100 earlier in the year tied him for second on the Ventura County all-time list.
