IRIS SMOOT/Acorn Newspapers EXPERIMENT- Simi Valley High School science teacher Guiseppina Lubrano drops tubes containing insect intestines into a centrifuge during a workshop for secondary school science teachers at Moorpark College on Saturday. The teachers were looking for bacteria that live in the intestines and aid digestion, similar to the bacteria in human intestines.
