Mayor reflects on accomplishments of 2007, shares his outlook for 2008

      Much has been accomplished in Moorpark in 2007, and city leaders look forward to continued progress in 2008, said Mayor Patrick Hunter in an interview with the Moorpark Acorn. Hunter served on the City Council for four years before he was elected mayor in 1996.

Traffic improvements never stop
     JANN HENDRY/Acorn Newspapers PAVING THE WAY- Workmen on Tierra Rejada Road in Moorpark lay down new asphalt as the improvement project continues. The widening of the 23 Freeway by Caltrans is also ongoing. Both projects affect local traffic.
