Donations sought of girls' party dresses

The Moorpark Youth Activities Committee is sponsoring a project to provide festive holiday dresses for the little girls whose families depend on the Moorpark Food Pantry.

Residents are invited to donate new or gently used dresses that are not ripped, stained or missing buttons or sashes.

Girls' sizes 7 to 14 are especially needed, as well as dresses for infants, toddlers and sizes 4 to 6X.

A nominal fee may be paid for expensive dresses with minimal wear.

Victoria Perez at Troop Realty provided a $200 donation for the project.
