No touch round steak

2 pounds round steak
1 package dry onion soup mix
3/4 stick margarine
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Put a large sheet of aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and dot sheet with half of the margarine. Sprinkle half of the onion soup mix over this. Lay the whole round steak on it. Dot meat with the rest of the margarine and the onion soup mix. Sprinkle with the garlic salt. Add mushrooms if desired.

Wrap foil over top and seal well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour without opening foil. Serves six.
