Seminar to offer tips on health

Speakers and performers will present "Keeping it real: the key to health and happiness" at 7 p.m. Thurs., Sept. 27 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks.

Talk show host Dennis Prager, actress Mariel Heminway and nutritionist Robert Ferguson will tell how they found health and happiness.

Stephan Choiniere, formerly of Cirque du Soleil, will perform an aerial act, and dancers Melissa Dexter and Giacomo Steccaglia will present a "sacred dance of love." The "Let's Dance LA" troupe will also perform.

VIP tickets are $150 and include a meet-and-greet with the speakers and performers after the show as well as a gift bag. Other tickets are available for $75, $60 and $45.
