Jewish Genealogical Society will meet in Thousand Oaks

The Jewish Genealogical Society of the Conejo Valley and Ventura County will hold a general meeting from 2 to 4 p.m. Sun., Aug. 19 at Temple Adat Elohim, 2420 E. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

Members who attended the 27th IAJGS International Conference on Jewish Genealogy in Salt Lake City last month will talk about what they learned.

The society shares genealogical information, techniques and research tools with anyone interested in Jewish genealogy and family history.

There is no charge to attend the meeting. Anyone may join the society. Annual dues are $25 for an individual and $30 for a family.
