BEAUTIFUL BELLES- Left, Ellie Carta, 4, of Thousand Oaks, and Grace Austin, 2, of Moorpark, take part in Belle's Tea Party during the "Broadway Night" TGIF event at the Westlake Village Civic Center on Friday evening. The Cabrillo Music Theatre presented scenes from the upcoming musical, "Disney's Beauty and the Beast." Children were encouraged to come in costume.
