Catholics to host garage sale for missions

Young Neighbors in Action will host a community yard sale from 8 a.m. to noon tomorrow, Sat., June 30, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 13955 Peach Hill Road, Moorpark.

New and gently used items will be for sale. Proceeds will support the group's mission trip to Tijuana this July.

The YNIA are youth and young adults who make an annual

mission trip to assist the poor of Tijuana. Each participant raises the funds necessary to pay for their travel expenses. During the week, the participants will do a variety of chores, including building, maintenance and teaching youth.
