Liver and bacon
By Joyce Barnett Special to the Acorn

1 pound beef liver
1/2 pound bacon, fried crispy,
broken up in pieces

Dip the liver in flour, and fry in the bacon drippings until brown on both sides, about 10 minutes on each side.

Serve with bacon pieces on top of liver. The bacon takes most of taste of the liver away.
