City celebrates courageous cancer survivors

VICTORY WALK- Breanna Pflaumer, 16, leads the survivors' lap during Relay for Life on Saturday in Moorpark. With her are Barbara Liley, cancer survivor and Relay for Life Committee Chair, and Larry Jones, a teacher at Moorpark High School. Breanna was diagnosed with a brain tumor in December 2004 and was told she wouldn't survive. With experimental treatment and innovative medical care, Breanna's tumor is dead.
