CROP Walk is Sunday

The Moorpark Community Hunger CROP Walk and Cantastic! will be Sun., May 20 at the Moorpark Food Pantry, 609 Fitch. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m., and the walk will start at 1 p.m.

The route is about 5 kilometers long and includes walking to the Moorpark United Methodist Church, then to Faith Lutheran Church, up the hill to Moorpark Presbyterian Church and back to the food pantry.

The walk will support both the Moorpark Food Pantry and international hunger relief projects. Residents of all ages are invited to participate.

Cantastic! is the annual fillthe-food-pantry canned food drive. Individuals and organizations are collecting canned food and other nonperishable food items to bring to the event.
