Apricot Jam Soccer Tournament this weekend at Arroyo Vista Park

The 10th annual Apricot Jam Soccer Tournament will take place this Saturday and Sunday at Arroyo Vista Park.

Moorpark AYSO is hosting 104 teams from 27 regions and five counties representing Southern California.

More than 1,100 soccer players ranging in age from 9 to 14 years old and their families, coaches and referees will be in town this weekend for what's expected to be the largest gathering in tournament history.

Boys' and girls' divisions U-10 through U14 will compete on Saturday to cinch a playoff spot for Sunday. Winners in each division will be presented with a trophy.

All are invited to attend the two-day event. There will be plenty of food and drinks being served throughout.
