Moorpark Arts Festival searches out young artists

Artists ages 12 through 18 are wanted for a special Youth Art Exhibit at the annual Moorpark Arts Festival from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sun., May 6 in downtown Moorpark and along High Street.

Artists may submit up to two pieces in the category of drawing and painting. All work must be matted, and the size may not exceed 14 by 16 inches. There is no entry fee.

Youth may drop off their pieces from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon, April 30 or 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tues., May 1 at the Moorpark Active Adult Center, 799 Moorpark Ave.
