Sign up soon for Moorpark Relay for Life

Participants in the 2007 Relay For Life may sign up at Ralphs, Vons or Albertsons in Moorpark from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sat., April 14.

Moorpark Relay For Life will be from 10 a.m. Sat., June 2 through 10 a.m. Sun., June 3 at Moorpark High School Stadium, 4500 Tierra Rejada Road. Moorpark students will have an opportunity to earn service learning credits.

Relay For Life is a 24-hour event to increase awareness in Moorpark while raising funds for the American Cancer Society's programs and services. Teams are comprised of 12 or more people to raise funds prior to the event. At the relay, team members take turns walking or running around a track and enjoying activities and entertainment off the track.

Opportunities are available for volunteers, survivors, teams and corporate sponsorships.
