Local senior center to host program on Parkinson's

The California Neuroscience Institute of St. John's Regional Medical Center, Oxnard, will present a Parkinson's Disease Seminar from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Sat., April 28 at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi. The program begins at 1 p.m.

Speakers from the institute include Dr. Ronald F. Young, medical director; Dr. Oleg Kopyov, research director; Dr. Robert Hutchman, movement disorder specialist; Catherine KamauAli, clinical supervisor; and Susan Kline, outreach coordinator.

Admission is free but reservations are required by April 18. Light refreshments will be served at the event.
