A man was arrested at 9:52 a.m. March 5 for trespassing on undeveloped land northeast of the 400 block of Science Drive. The man, apparently homeless, was living in a shack he had built near the arroyo.

Someone broke into a car parked on the 7000 block of Hogan Street between 8:30 p.m. March 7 and 7 a.m. March 8.

Between 2 a.m. and noon on March 8, someone broke into a car parked on the 12000 block of Nelson Road.

Somebody vandalized the walls of the Do-it Center at around 10 a.m. March 7 at the 300 block of Los Angeles Avenue. Damage did not exceed $400.

A known suspect was cited at 3:30 p.m. on March 7 for making numerous annoying phone calls using obscene language to a business on the 300 block of High Street.

A car was broken into on the 100 block of Los Angeles Avenue between 4:30 p.m. March 6 and 6 a.m. March 7. A burglary took place at the Kohl's Store on the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue at 4 p.m. March 6. The suspect was stopped from removing items from the store without paying for them.

A known suspect admitted his intent to steal items from the Target store on the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue at 5 p.m. March 6.

A man was arrested at the 13700 block of Laurelhurst Road for possession of stolen vehicle parts and receiving stolen property. The crimes took place between 10 a.m. Feb. 28 and 4:54 p.m. March 1.

A young man was cited at 6:50 p.m. March 8 for conducting business without a license at the intersection of Sunsetridge and Amberidge streets

During a traffic stop at 11:06 p.m. on March 7, two young men were arrested for possession of marijuana.
