Someone vandalized a van with spray paint at the 300 block of Zachary between Feb. 23 and 26. Damage did not exceed $400.

A male was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 25 for a hit-and-run incident at 101 West Los Angeles Avenue.

A young man was arrested for possession of a marijuana cigarette at 2:12 p.m. Feb. 27 on the campus at Moorpark High School

Three vacuum cleaners, valued at more than $400, were stolen from Linens and Things in the 800 block of Los Angeles Avenue at 8:45 p.m. Feb. 28. A man who matched the description of the suspect was detained at Kohl's at 8 p.m. March 6.

A young man was charged with exhibition of speed in the parking lot adjacent to the Carl's Jr.nior on the 300 block of Los Angeles Avenue at 9 p.m. on March 2. The officer patrolled the shopping center heard the squeal of tires.

Performance Nursery at the 12000 block of Tierra Rejada Road reported storage units and trailers were vandalized and spray-painted with graffiti some time between noon March 3 and 7 p.m. March 5. Damage exceeded $400.

Someone vandalized a park with gang-like graffiti in the 6400 block of Harvard Street some time between March 4 and 5. Damage did not exceed $400.

Somebody stole a car containing the owner's wallet from the 400 block of Los Angles Avenue March 5. The suspect then used a credit card from the wallet to make purchases.

A female suspect was in possession of methamphetamine and three syringes during a probation search at 5 p.m. March 5 on the 13000 block of Laurelhurst.

Someone stole items from a pickup truck and a SUV parked in the 4200 block of Misty Meadows Drive between March 5 and 6. A cellphone, navigation device and owner's manuals were stolen.

A male suspect known to be on probation was seen standing outside a home in the 300 block of Sherman Avenue at 3:11 p.m. March 6. A passing officer found the man to be under the influence of drugs.

Following up on a report of suspicious characters acting strangely, an officer approached a young man sitting on a park bench near the intersection of Shasta Avenue and Los Angles Avenue at 9:10 p.m. March 6. The man was cited for possession of marijuana.

Somebody spray-painted graffiti on city property in the 4500 block of Tierra Rejada Road some time between midnight and 7 a.m. March 7. Damage did not exceed $400.
