Four Musketeers honored

This past week the AllCIFSouthern Section Football teams were announced, and Moorpark High's Darrell Scott led the way by being named co-MVP on offense for the Northern Division.

Scott shared the award with Canyon running back J.J. DiLuigi. The Moorpark running back rushed 337 times for 3,194 yards and 45 touchdowns in 2006.

Three other players from Moorpark- Nick Sarrocco, Dakota Holland and George Halamandaris- were also named to the squad. All three are seniors.

"I'm proud of all our players that made the team," Moorpark head coach Tim Lins said. "They put in an allstar effort and they deserve to make the all-star team."
