SHARPSHOOTER- Senior Deputy Romano Bassi, a Moorpark resident, is a member of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department SWAT Team based out of the Thousand Oaks office. Bassi is firing his .40-caliber Sig Sauer as he undergoes a monthly qualification exercise at the Law Enforcement Training Facility near the Camarillo airport recently.
